Quality policy

The PRT “Vision” as far as quality is concerned is the following:ISO_9001.jpg

  • satisfy customer, providing products and services in compliance with commitments undertaken, searching for better processes in order to obtain a high quality result;

One can define the PRT “Mission” as follows:

  • provide products/services conforming to commitments undertaken, thereby assuring quality through a problem diagnosis process, together with identification of causes and definition of corrective actions;

  •  continue to improve manufacturing plants and processes in order to satisfy our customers’ expectations;

The “Key strategies” to realize the company outlook and mission;

  • determine customer and market needs

  • place responsibility on persons who manage, carry out and control activities effecting quality

  • achieve and maintain required quality level at minimum cost

  • carry out internal evaluations to control the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the quality system

  • encourage the active participation of its own employees in company system


The “PRT Objectives” are:qualità.gif

  • reduce faultiness

  • improve productive efficiency

  • improve customer satisfaction


As far as above is concerned, Management commits itself to take on an active, constant and supporting role in promoting and guiding all those activities with an effect on Quality of products and services provided, implementing systematic interventions, thereby avoiding potential non-conformities and minimizing defects in products and services offered.


The General Manager does everything necessary so that above-mentioned policy is understood, realized and sustained at all company levels.
